YMCA

I took my son to the burbank YMCA for swimming lessons last year. I was very suprised by the cleanliness of the place. The locker rooms were very clean, and had pleanty of room. the swimming class was great, and by the end of the first session my 1 1/2 year old could swim almost by himself, could jump in and go under water with no problem. the only down side to this Y is the parking. There is not nearly enough of it.

The Burbank YMCA in Reading offers preschool, after school care and swimming and fitness center. The parking is difficult, small lot and lots of cars coming in and out. My car was hit in the parking lot twice (hit and run). The preschool offers swimming lessons every week and there is free babysitting for members.
