.

Since 1997, Pet Vet Vaccination Clinics has provided low-cost pet vaccinations at over 30 locations is Central and South Florida. They provide a variety of vaccine packages for dogs, cats, and ferrets, and also offer heartworm and feline leukemia testing. They have a competant and friendly staff and only contract Florida Licensed Veterinarians to administer their services. Just show up at one of their clinics (with your pet's records if you have any, but not necessary) and get your pet vaccinated. They ask that you bring dogs on leashes and cats in carriers.

Our local Pet Vet is held at the Tractor Supply in Sebring. I just took two of our dogs for their rabies vaccinations today. Since we rescue stray animals and have seven dogs and four cats, Pet Vet is a Godsend for us. Their rabies vaccinations, for instance, were a mere $5 each. This includes State (but not County) tags. The price CANNOT be beat; however, it comes with none of the care that trips to our local vet do. In fact, the vet was talking to someone else and not looking at my dog when he injected her and she jumped and yelped. It is the first time she's done anything like this in eight years of getting shots...

PROS: Prices Can't be Beat
CONS: No Love, Caring or Personal Attention They Get at Our Local Vet
