Highly recommend! Professional, fast and extremely friendly. We've been taking our cars there and recommending to friends and family who were also very pleased with the service they received.

I have used this shop for several years and have always been impressed! The owners are polite, efficient, and thorough. I like patronizing local businesses and this one is no exception; I have sent many family members and friends to Smog Express and all have had high praise!

This place provides excellent service! I was there during a busy time on a Saturday and was in and out in about 25 minutes. The owners were very friendly and courteous. Not to mention the value that you get - the price was excellent as well!

Owner of this Smog Express insisted on eating in my car, when asked not to, he said he would not smog my car. Very rude.

My experience was perfect at Smog Express in Aliso Viejo. Bill was courteous and explained his process of testing my 2002 Lexus IS300. We finished with an interesting discussion of Turkey, Lebanon, and other travel destinations. Jerry H., Laguna Beach

the couple who owns the shop are very efficient and personable; their price is also very reasonable with online coupon; place is clean with lots of reading material. would definitely return.

I have been meaning to place this review for a while. I had some trouble passing my SMOG test, but Bill and Lina were very kind and gracious, and they did everything they could to help me. They never dismissed me, and they worked with me (and my car) to make sure I got my SMOG check taken care of so I could finalize my registration.The place is clean, the owners are great people, and they are efficient. You'd be stupid to go anywhere else.

I had to get my smog test done recently and the Aliso Viejo franchise of Smog Express was close to where I work. They honored a coupon I found online and provided fast and friendly service.

My printout didn't work - they say that happens to about one car out of 30 - but they gave me a further discount on the bill. The smog results went right to the DMV and I was able to renew my plates online that same day.

All in all I was very pleased!

I just went last week with my daughter and they were the best. Didn't take long and the service was great. They were very nice and pleasant atmosphere. I would definetly recomend this place to anyone and what I liked was it was a smog only that way you didn't have to worry about getting sold for some engine cleaning or high grade oil change. Next smog I need I will be going to smog express!

My previous review was supposed to have 5 stars, so I'm re-entering! I forgot to mention how clean and comfortable this family-owned shop is. A place to sit and lots to read while you wait. Don't get too comfortable though, because they are fast and efficient.

The shop is surprisingly nice and clean, by comparison with other smog testing facilities.
Fast service, fair pricing, and the people were friendly. The location is nice as well.
I will definitely be a returning customer!

This business was fast, friendly, and attentive. I never felt ignored or unwanted (like most of the gas station smog stations I've been to). The price was better than most and I was in and out in 20 minutes!

This is small shop, and this guy does a great job. He got us in and out very quickly, and with a smile on the whole time. The price was cheaper than most places around here, and we were very happy!
