4 Stars: Nice place for boys (by Muminah u.)

The academy of natural science is a really nice place. My only problem was I had a camp full girls and they had gotten bored really quick. The boys went a couple of months later and had a blast. I would recommend this museum to a family especially if you have boys.

5 Stars: interesting (by Lori T.)

This museum is located in center city Philadelphia. There are many areas to this museum including dinosaur exhibits, and animals(which are stuffed in exhibits) . I remember the butterfly exhibit they had there where butterflys were free and could land on you as you walked through the exhibit.

4 Stars: Fun for the entire family (by Lisa T.)

The Academy is centrally located in Center City Philadelphia just a few blocks from the Franklin Institute.
I recently visited the museum with my grandmother and my 5 year old cousin. Honestly, the Academy had exhibits that all of us were very interested in. My nephew loved the dinosaur Hall and the live animal center, my grandmother loved the excellent Lewis and Clark exhibit, and I enjoyed reading about the research projects that the Academy is currently working on.

5 Stars: Science is Fun! (by Cynthia D.)

The Academy is the place you want to go to have fun with science! Not only is it educational, but it is inspiring with its gigantic dinosaurs and preserved halls of animals! It's absolutely breath-taking as you learn multitudes of information while being entertained. The Academy is especially cheaper compared to the other main-stream Philly museums and is very friendly. They even offer free symposiums to attendees who are interested.

PROS: Educational/Fun
CONS: Dark inside
