this place sucks!!!!! ASS!!!! bought a set of rims and some speakers and an amp and box...... $11000.00 are you for real??? i didnt buy 22s or 24s or 26s. i bought 20s with tires. the interest sucked ass. i didnt know anything about interest at the time i just wanted to ride clean. now its kicking my ass. you would think if you had tried to refinance the account to lower payments it would lower your interrest but no 16.9 then and 29 months later 16.9. these guys know how to keep em coming back... jackasses !!!!!!!!

I brought some tires and rims from USA Discounters in Newport News, Va. store. Tires would cost $99.00 ,cost $175.00 each there
average $700.00 and Rims would cost $1,000 -$1,500 . My total bill end up over $4,000.00 dollars plus. In Sept. 08 The manager told me my Balance was different than what Va. Beach Office customer service said it was. They replace my tire for the installers not fixing it leaving parts undone due to defect. I believe that tire was added back to the bill. Customer service states my balance on the bill now is $1,090.00 as of the end of march,09 and if I didn't pay this amount I would reap a lot more of charges if I stop the electronic payment at my Bank. People shouldn't cheat after they are already
over-priced plus all this interest.

Rip Off! Rip Off! Rip Off! that's what this company should change their name to. They take FULL advantage of hard working people that pay their bills but don't have a very large income. I had a set of rims for my vehicle and one became damaged. USA said I had to return all 4 because they no longer had an exact replacement in stock. I said I'd agree to a different type of rim,same no problem. They said they can get me another set ...for $35.00 MORE per month. I said no way, I need an even exchange with the same monthly payments. The manager there said he didn't have anymore for the same price I was paying. I spoke with customer service who would not adjust my monthly payment, I fell behind on my payments after I had no merchandise and left terribly unsatisfied.This company garnished my work wages for a breathtaking amount. I've told all my friends and family Do Not finance anything from USA Discounters unless you want to risk not being able to feed your family. I've been there because of them.

Plain and direct. These people pride themselves on helping people re-establish or repair their credit. BULL! Their sole purpose is to take advantage of lower income citizens. I know because I allowed myself to get sucked into their pile of cow plop. Their cash prices are almost triple that of other retail stores. They promise "no payments for 60 days" but they debited my checking account less than 5 weeks after signing the contract. Even though the payment due date is clearly written on my contract as 5/1/07, they debited my account on 4/9/07 and then had the audacity to try and justify this clear breach of contract. I was fortunate to get out of this contract as a result of their breach as described but also because they justified the inflated price by pointing out all of the software installed. This is my first computer and didn't know enough to check the software. Low and behold, It was all trial software. Under Ca.law they are supposed to disclose this. These people are despicable. If you decide to finance anything with them, take the retail price and multiply by 5. If you pay cash up front, multiply by 3. I am 48 years old. There's no excuse for my stupidity. Other than a case of rectal-cranial inversion. AKA head up your butt disorder. What really ticks me off is the way they entice young military men and women. They're out there risking their lives so scammers like USA Discounters can welcome them home by ripping them off! This company is the epitome of the dark side of capitalism. SHAME ON THEM! This store will take you for a ride.. They will make everything look great and sound even better. But, Truth is they are after only one thing. YOUR MONEY.. They could care less about the quality they are selling. They say u have a warranty until your stuff is paid off. Whatever they don't ever cover anything. They send you to customer svc. There nothing gets done. Besides them telling you they will give you store credit and U can pay them more money. So in turn U could've went to another store paid less and got better products. We are military and we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in this no good place that needs to be CLOSED. They are not good people at all. Yeah I understand they also need a paycheck but dishonest, rude and out to rip someone off is just not cool. Not to mention the fact that U r treated as if U are asking them to buy your furniture or just give it to you. No matter how many times you update info on your account they can not get that right either.. I loved my furniture until I figured out EVERY thing I bought has to be seconds or rejects from ASHLEY. But the Jacksonville, NC location is the worst store I have ever been in and I would be ashamed to call it part of a chain if I was in Corporate..

If you're military, you're loved here. They set you up, usually, to pay through military allotment, thereby ensuring they will be paid. They have great payment plans.
When you enter the parking lot, keep your mind on that and you won't leave. It really isn't a very attractive shopping center, and the store itself is not attractive, either. But if you remind yourself that it's the furniture you're after, not the store atmosphere, you should be okay. Don't be afraid to push for a better deal, either.
We compared to other, 'higher class" stores in the area and were pleased with these prices. After all, you're not taking the store home, just the sofa.
