Hoy Yeung

Hoy Yeung is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Hammonton. Their teriaki sticks are great. The sushi bar is great. Everything is fresh and made to order.

Bill and Karen have a wonderful atmosphere to dine in. They really do know by name many of their customers. The dragons and red/black color let you know that you are in an Asian restaurant. Service is EXCELLENT. The food Chinese and Sushi are excellent. Bill takes great pride in going to Philadelphia often to purchase fresh foods. He is very particular and it shows in his awesome creations! No smoking only and parking is plentiful. I recommend the yellowtail or salmon.
