My Pastry Chef is a rip off!

Awful! Over priced! Made a Wedding cake for my friend, 4 tiered (top two were dummy cakes) just a plain looking white cake, middle was bulging icing from the sides, Looked like it took 45minutes to put it together. This part makes me ill....Price: $650!!! Are you effing kidding!!! I'm also a decorator and for what was made, I would have charges about $150 for that 'simpleton'. I felt bad it was so overpriced, obviously ethics doesn't really apply here. Even worse, she knew the couple personally. They were robbed!

I found out about Pastry Chef through word of mouth. Best secret I've ever been told. I don't know what secret ingredients they use but you can let the cake sit out uncovered for days and it is still as fresh and moist as it was the day they baked. This place rocks.

This bakery is probably the best kept secret in Bossier City. The owners do not rely on advertising to sell their product, they know that their cakes speak for themselves. I have actually been to a child's birthday party where the parents got a "dummy" cake from a supermarket to serve to the kids and other parents and saved the "My Pastry Chef" cake for after everyone was gone and only to true friends and family were privy enough to get a piece. Now that's sad, but their cake is just that good. Try it for yourself. And I am not talking about a "special" type of cake. Just get the plain birthday cake. You'll never go back to supermarkets to get bakery goods again..... I love this bakery and not to mention the owners are genuine people and will do anything to make your special occasion baked item the best that they can. And they do!!!
