Closed... There used to be a Home Depot here, but it was not a full store. It was geared more towards decor. I can't remember what they called it. But it closed a while back.

the first appointment never took place because the technician went home sick, thank goodness NO ONE called us and told us from KIWI! thats right after 2 different phones calls, we then discover one is comming WTF?
when "al bundy" did show up, yep the replacement guy showed up in a plain white work van, with what looked like an old high school floor buffer, no Kiwi number or logo anywhere to be seen, wonder where they dug this guy up.
worst experience ever with a carpet cleaning service, the carpets barely looked touched, minor\VERY small pieces of furniture were never moved and cleaned around. (I have pictures of a child's size desk, that was cleaned AROUND, the guys was sooooo lazy he didn't move a 5lb desk!) the furniture that was moved was moved without any assistance from the cleaner, he just stood there texting on his phone. Spot removal was $50 and the process isn't guaranteed, wow what a great service.
called again to complain and they have promised to fix the initial cleaning, gonna give Kiwi one shot at fixing this, stay tuned for updates

I have used Kiwi for 7 years. My carpets are white, 8 years old,and look new. Kiwi employees have never been late or not shown up to an appointment. Every employee has been professional, and makes me feel comfortable.

I love Kiwi carpet cleaning. They should be the only carpet cleaning business for EVERYONE. They are always able to get me on the day that I need them the most with no delays. Their technicians are always on time and super NICE. They offer great prices, but what really sets them apart from the rest is their warranty cleaning service. I basically get my carpet cleaned every other month for a very little fee for a YEAR, who else offers this. They have the best business practice. Every other service should come with this warranty. I am a lifelong loyal and HAPPY customer!!

I had my carpet cleaned with Kiwi Services on 12/31/2011 prior to a New Years Eve party. The Technician was supposed that have cleaned my stairs 3 rooms and a hallway. To start my stairs were burned by the machine that he used and my wall (from top to bottom) had black skid marks along the side of the wall. My rooms looked like they had only been vacuumed well but not cleaned. Another Technician had to come out and re-clean all 3 rooms. The following Wednesday, they had someone to come out and repaint my wall along the staircase and the burns on each stair cannot be repaired so the entire carpet on the staircase has to be replaced. I had not heard from them since last Wednesday until I called this morning to let them know that the issue needed to be resolved immediately. I was offered a 1 year free cleaning of my entire home but needless to say after all this, I will NEVER use Kiwi Services again! Good luck if you have your carpet cleaned with them!

Rodney Scott came out and did an outstanding job on our cat-hair covered carpets. He had to vacuum them 2ce, but he did what it took to get them hair-free. We'll be using Kiwi again! Thanks Kiwi!!

They provide a very disappointing service. We gave this business a few rugs that were urinated on by our dogs. They held on to the rugs for 30 days and brought them back in the condition they were originally in! We looked at the rugs and were amazed at the fact they didn't clean them at all! It didn't even look like an attempt was made. The least they could have tried was rubbing some kiwi's on it to hide the smell! Nothing!! Be very careful with this company. They tried to force us to pay for this service by holding one of our rugs "late for additional cleaning" and since we refuse to pay for the services not rendered they are holding our rug as a hostage. Currently submitted complaint to better business bureau and small claims.

I have used Kiwi for several years now. They are always professional and Rich Appling, my current tech, always arrives on time, is very pleasant and does a great job.
The price is excellent, although I understand there is going to be a price increase, which concerns me. Senior citizens are living on a fixed income and any price increase affects their budget.
I am hoping and would like Kiwi to keep the same price schedule, if they can.
I would appreciate Kiwi contacting me regarding their price schedule in November, before my renewal date.

Our service man, Mr. Rodriguez was very kind and did a great job with our carpet cleaning. He gave me tips for keeping it clean between visits, but what I like most about Kiwi is that they will come back to re-clean the area within a year if you feel the carpet needs it. Customer service is always helpful and patient with my questions. I have used Kiwi several times now and will continue to do so in the future. You just can't beat the price.

Kiwi has done my carpeting 2 times. Men were here and prepared to work on time. They asked appropriate questions about stains and were very careful with machine around my furniture.

Kiwi cleans more than your carpet, the will clean you out!!! If you are in the Houston area and a Kiwi technician by the name of Roger Soto is sent, BEWARE!!! The man is a thief! To make matters worse, no one from the Houston office will return our phone calls for a follow-up. KIWI MUST TRUST THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND LISTEN TO REASON!!!

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the well informed office management and the service performed at our home by the Kiwi staff!
Not only did they help move furniture, scrubbed stains, and focused on high traffic areas, the brother and sister team that came out, were pleasant and gave us detailed information about our carpet cleaning and all of the Kiwi services! We were especially pleased with their efficiency and there was no heavy chemical odor during or after the cleaning. We were also pleasantly surprised with the Kiwi one year of discounted return cleaning offer! We will recommend Kiwi to our friends!!!

Welcome to the Kiwi family autumn. We're glad to hear our staff did a great job! We love the light scent of our natural citrus cleaner too. We sell our SuperSpotter carpet cleaner that has the same great scent and comes with free refills for the length of your one-year carpet cleaning warranty.We run a plumbing service company in Carrollton, TX and while doing a pressure test soaked a customers bathroom carpet. I called Kiwi services and within about 45 min 2 men showed up, sucked up all the water, cleaned the whole carpet, replaced the tac strip and put the carpet back down very professionally. They saved us with the customer and she even asked them to stay and clean other carpet in her home. She was happy, and we were happy. Also, the employees who answer the phone in the office whether setting up an appointment or helping with other customer service questions are extremely polite and helpful. I will keep their number in my Rolodex (contacts) and give it out to friends and family! Thanks Kiwi!

I have used Kiwi for the last year. Their service is excellent! We will forever keep a relationship with Kiwi. The products they use are great. My carpet look brand new everytime they clean it. I love the fact they have the warranty packages, making it affordable to clean your carpet numerous times during the year. They have great customer service; on the phone and the tech they send out. I spoke to Sarah today to book an appointment to have my carpets and furniture cleaned before the Christmas holidays. She was very helpful and informative. I have never had any services like this done in my home before, but I would highly recommend Kiwi to my friends if all their employees are as friendly and helpful as Sarah.

I have been with Kiwi for 4 years now, and I highly recommend them! One time I wasn't very satisfied, and they took care of everything. They have a great guarantee and the price is amazing. It dries quickly which is perfect for those with babies and kids!!! They work wonders with pet stains as well!!!

I have used Kiwi for many years and love the "kiwi" smell long after the technician has left. The other day however, I was disappointed that the tech must have diluted his solution with more water than usual. I called Kiwi and they are coming back out. That's why I love using their service. Great customer satisfaction.

I have used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services for close to 10 years now and have never been disappointed. I love the way my carpet smells and how clean it looks after each service. I especially like the warranty that allows me to get my carpets cleaned at $4 per room for as many times as I want for up to a year after the initial cleaning! What a deal! Also, I don't have to be worried about the safety of my pets around the Kiwi cleaners since they are natural products.

I've used Kiwi Carpet Services before and the employees were very
courteous and wanting to do a good job at cleaning my carpet.
I am ready to have my carpets cleaned again and couldn't find their
card with phone number on it. I found my bottle of spot cleaner I got from them last time and lo and behold phone numbers were right there. Another good reason to use Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services. The spot cleaner really works too.

I have wonderful dogs! Four of them to be exact so my carpets really needed attention. The technician worked quickly and discussed each of the problem areas so I would have maximum satisfaction, and I did. Tough stain treatment and pet deodorizer worked and then I decided to add the special sealant for the carpet. It protected my carpets all year long. Setting up my appointment to renew my warranty was easy and I'm ready for clean carpets again as my granddaughter visits and will be crawling around. I recommend this service to everyone.
