Vince is honest, dependable & friendly. I have been going to him for~10yrs. Guarantees work. On occasion. work takes little longer than expected but I trust him so much & he's never given me a bum deal so hey, I don't mind. They will take you to work/home if you have to leave your car. If you call ahead you can usually go in for routine oil/lube...& they will do it while you wait. I have no qualms about recommending VINCE'S.

I've had my cars repaired at Vince's for over 10 years with no problems. They are no-pressure, friendly mechanics who have always given fine service.

vince told me a part had been ordered and would arrive in two days.
In reliance, I rented a car and waited. Two days later, had not heard. Called and he told me that part had no been ordered and was "discontinued", BUT I could tow my car into him and he would try to fix it. Next day, I bought same part at competitor's shop-was not "discontinued". Cost me $100 rental and two wasted days, just because vince lied about part beng ordered. Stay away from this conman.

Took my Acura in for a oil change, provided coupon, was informed that current price was lower. Said car was in good condition, no pushing for extra services. Car is 8 years old, 100k miles. Took wife's new camry in for oil change, still friendly with no pushing for unecessary services.

Very helpful and reliable auto service for all makes of cars. Friendly employees that made me feel I wasn't being ripped off. Fast service with minor recommendations for upgrades while completing the work.

PROS: I received great service that was fair
CONS: None yet!
