I think it was really neat to see the baby's facial features before she's even born. The staff was very friendly.

THEY TOOK SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A HAPPY MEMORABLE MOMENT AND TURNED IT INTO ONE OF THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCES YOU COULD THINK OF.

My husband and I went here at 16 weeks to find the gender of our baby.

First off, it was near impossible to find parking that was acceptable to park in without getting towed. The building was dirty and run down and I seriously thought the elevator was going to break while we were in it. The inside looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website, don't be fooled.

The receptionist handed me the paperwork and said "our manager is lagging and we don't have the entire list of services printed out here. If you saw something on the website different than on the form, just tell me the name of the session you were thinking of." There was only 3 or 4 choices on the form and Gender Session was not on it. We told her that's what we wanted and she said "No problem. Did you bring your coupon?" The coupon was at the very bottom of the webpage and we were so excited to find the gender of our baby, we completely forgot it. I told her this and she said, " sorry, it's going to be $75 then." Again, we were so excited, we just paid it anyways. (When I got home, I looked up the prices. The package offered is called "The Gender Session" and is priced at "$59 with coupon below". The coupon says, "COUPON: Print this page to receive a $10 discount." It should have only been $69. Under the details of the session it says, "No Hidden Charges. You receive everything that is listed." So what was the extra charge for?)

So anyways, we get in the room and she starts the ultrasound and we're all excited. She spends about 5 minutes telling everyone what's what on the baby and it was really sweet and all, BUT IT WAS IN 2D!! Like the regular ultrasound I get every time at my doctor for free. So I ask her, "when do we get to see the baby in 4D?" and she tells me that they don't use 4D technology to determine gender. RED FLAG ALERT! At this point I'm trying to remember what was advertised online and I'm thinking maybe I told her the wrong package since it wasn't on that form.

Again, when I got home, I looked. It is advertised as "4D Session to Determine Gender, State-of-the-Art GE Voluson 730 Expert 4D System, 4 B&W Pictures, Gender Determination at 14 weeks or Later, Viewing for up to 15 people, Huge Family Theatre Screen and Big Screen HD LCD TV, Receive Everything at the time of your Appointment, No Hidden Charges. You receive everything that is listed., Goody Bag with Baby Stuff, $59 with coupon below."

I did not receive anything that was listed and got overcharged for it. We did not get to see th baby in 4D as advertised, They could not tell us the gender and barely spent any time trying. She asked me to walk around one time to see if the baby would change positions, and it did completely, but not the right position. Instead of letting me try walking around again, she said we wouldn't be seeing the gender today and to come back next week.I don't know about you, but if I'm paying that much money and had 10 people with me, don't you think she could spend a little more than 10 minutes on us?? It's like she got bored and gave up.

Imagine how disappointed we all were. Especially because when I called to schedule my appt. I was told that it was pretty much a sure thing because of the 4D technology they had(that they didn't use once on us). That's the whole reason we went here instead of waiting, and why we brought everyone with us.

Anyways, we all went home, with nothing.. no gender, no 4D pictures, no goodie bag with baby stuff, and $75 less than we started with. ALL FOR NOTHING!

After checking everything when I got home, I immediately called and asked for the manager. I was told she was on the phone and she would call me back as soon as she was done. She didn't call, so I called again. This time they put me through to Raquel. She told me she would talk to her boss and get back to me the next day. She did not contact me. When I called ther she told me she couldn't give me a refund because "the service was already completed". I told her I did not receive the service that I payed for, and I asked if I could speak to her boss. She told me her boss didn't have a phone. When I asked "he doesn't have a phone", she took it back and said "he doesn't speak to the clients". FISHY RIGHT?!

I didn't get anywhere with Raquel because she kept telling me the same thing, that "the service was already completed and there was nothing she could do". She offered me a chance to come back and try again, but why would anybody want to go back again, and what good would it do anyways?

I did not receive any of the services that I paid for, I was lied to, overcharged, scammed, and a little embarrassed in front of my husband and both of our families.

Yesterday, at 32 weeks, I went in for an ultrasound. Unfortunately, the baby had her face snuggled in the placenta. I was able to see one of her eyes and half of her nose - not satisfied at all. I had a friend who had this same experience at another ultrasound place in San Diego, and they were allowed to come back and do a re-do for free. I definitely won't recommend this location to any friends or family members. What is the point of paying money only to see a closed eye?

We just went this weekend at 29 weeks and we got 3-4 great images. The best advice I can give is to go between weeks 27-30. Any longer and the baby can't move enough to get in to get the good shot. I drank orange juice and ate rasins before the appt to make sure he was up and moving and it helped. The tech scooted me around a bit and we were able to get the angle we needed for a good shot. Try going on the weekend - we went on Sunday and got right in w/ no rush. Be sure to upgrade to the CD or else they give you a VHS and I don't know anyone that uses a VCR anymore :)

Baby at 33 weeks should have good detail. These images are very nondescript & blurry. They were not supportive with customer service. For an additional fee they would try to get clearer images. Very unhappy with results.

I went here because I wanted to find out the gender of my baby and get more pictures of my baby. When I walked into the place, it was very nice and clean. The customer service was good. The only thing I could say I didn't like was the fact that I didn't get in on time and was waiting in the lobby past my appointment time, but then I realized that there was another woman in there and they were trying to get the baby to open his legs. I figured I would have wanted them to take the extra time with me if I was in her shoes.

The snogram tech was great too. She got wonderful pictures of my baby and took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed and I certainly did not feel as if I was "just another appointment. Their prices are reasonable but the fee is well worth it!
