thrift store city

Shopped there for years, about 9, and most of the time, the employess were pretty nice. The other day I went in there and was shopping and met with a very rude employee who at the time was not even working but was shopping. my daughter did something she was not supposed to do and I corrected her and she listened, this woman took it upon herself to also disipline my child and was very rude about it, when I asked her not to speak to my child in that way, and said that it was not needed my daughter had already done what I asked her to do, she then said, I can speak to whomever, and however I want, I work here. I then said well you aren't working right now, you are shopping and I really don't think that was necessary. She said we'll see about that and walked away. I went about my shopping and was approached by the manager and asked to leave the store because I was being rude? When I asked how come employees are allowed to treat customers in such a manner, he really had no answer, so I guess if they are going to allow customers to be treated that way by the employees it's won't be long before customers just stop coming back and they will realize that it's the customers that actually keep the store running, if you have no customers to buy stuff then you won't sell it and eventually your buisness will suffer. I will take my money elsewhere, plenty of other thrift stores to shop at, it is very apparent that they could care less about the customer....

this is the best store that i have ever shopped in their prices are cheap and i can get any type of name Brand clothing for less that what i get in the mall, and i also work there they nice kind coworker that i love to work with the managers are nice to i love everyone that works there they are like family

When I lived in Norfolk this was my favorite thrift store. They always have something that I want. Not only that but on certain days when the women are clearing out the racks they will give you things for free! The prices are very cheap and the items are good!

I ahve been shopping here for over 8 years, and this is by far the best thrift store in the area. I can always get a great deal , most of the time the clothing prices are super cheap, I can lots of rand name items for the family.

This thrift store is hard to beat. They have a large inventory, great prices and great hours! I've been shopping at this store for over 10 years and still keep going back!

Thrift Store City is by far one of the largest thrift stores in all of Norfolk. They carry everything from toys to furniture, to electronics. Pay special attention to their rare items case at the front of the store, where you just might find that unusual item you've been looking for! Thrift Store City also has a huge selection of clothes for kids, women, and men. And as always, everything is reasonably priced. It is definitely a place you'd want to go on your bargain hunting mission.
