This is a Bible-based, intense discipleship program for high-school grads. There is an age limit. Students attend just as any college, with some differences. They do not live in dorms but with 'home-openers'-approved people/families who open their homes (wihout pay) to one or two students for the 9 month period. Students attend Bethel Bible College in conjunction with meeting a multitude of additional requirements. They are held to high standard regarding behavior and service to the church. They participate in local and country-wide mission outreaches throughout the year and end the year split up into several groups that go to different countries on a large mission trip. Students are responsible to raise all funds for this trip outside of tuition costs and work hard to do so. They are not allowed to have jobs while in Masters except in special situations. Students must be invited to return the following year. The emphasis of the program is to get closer to God. If a student returns, it is usually with the understanding that the student is thinking of entering some aspect of ministry in the future.
