Don't know if she's still there but my friend worked there around 2006 and told me about a lady named Joyce who was an assistant manager and ran the place like she was Mrs. WalMart! She fired everybody from 2-week new employees to 20-year veteran associates who had been there longer than her! She drove a black Chevy SUV. Tsk, tsk, hope somebody posts further info on this menace.
P.S. Good news. The woman was axed for ruining people's lives. Let this be a lesson..."Whatever you soweth, shall you reap!"

I worked in that store around 2006-07 era and there was an assistant manager named Joyce who drove a black Suburban and favoritized the non-speaking employees. She felt her job was secure without english speaking employees moving up the ladder. She emphasised she was up for manager of the store and I feel sorry for those who work under her. She gave me the worst review of my entire life and even my 3 year stint with the US Marines treated me better than her! If you're interested in applying here, make sure a tall, Caucasion lady in her 40's named Joyce is no longer there! . Just ask if there's a Joyce in management, and if so, look into another WalMart's.

Walmart is a huge store with nearly anything that you might want to buy (with the exception of fresh food). This particular store can get pretty crowded and therefor sometimes a little cluttered, but the prices are usually worth the minor inconveniences. This store has a photo lab and decent electronics department. No photographer here, though.
