Milagros, in downtown Redwoody City, serves up yummy, fresh Mexican food in a casual, open air atmosphere. The food is always good but not all that original. The margartias are a bit more imaginative. Parking is definitely a problem as is a wait on a busy Saturday night.

Milagro's is a pretty good place to go if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive lunch with a casual atmosphere. The food is decent, not incredible, but decent and the staff is friendly. I recommend the crab and mango ensalada. The downside of Milagro's is that it can be hard to find parking at peak hours. Lunch for two cost me about $38 with tip.

PROS: Fun atmosphere, big portions
CONS: Parking

Full of character and fun, our family enjoys going to Milagros for a weekend treat. Our favorite dish used to be the flank steak. However, the new version of this dish is not nearly as tasty. The meat was tough, bland and downright disappointing.

Milagros is a wonderful Mexican Restaurant in Redwood City. It has a big outdoor patio with a number of patio heaters to keep you warm on cool summer nights. The menu is fabulous. They have many traditional items like enchiladas, burritos, and tacos, however, they also have fish tacos with Mahi Mahi, wonderful shrimp dishes, delicious ceviche and oysters, great quesadillas. Besides the wonderful food and delicious chips, salsa, and guacamole, they have the BEST margaritas around! Their food and drinks are on the more expensive side and their service can be SLOW. However, the restaurant has a fun flair to it so you don't tend to notice the slower service as quickly. They have a great kids menu and even serve the kids an appetizer of fries while they wait for their food.

PROS: Great food and drinks
CONS: Somewhat expensive and slower service
