I don't even know where to start to give Dave the greatest compliments. He was the best real estate agent we ever worked with - and we have moved all over the country selling and buying homes. He helped us sell our home through giving us candid feedback on how to present our home, fair pricing, great follow-up, going the much needed mile to help with the home after we moved out-of-state, and keeping the final sale together. He is extremely professional and a perfectionist. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional realtor who prices fairly and will help you personally with your home. He IS the role model for the ideal real estate agent.

A friend recommended this realtor to me. I had some questions that I wanted to ask a realtor so I contacted this one. I was able to speak with him on the phone the same time that I called and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. If he was this helpful when I wasnt buying a home I would love to work with him when I am in the market. Trustworthy and honesty are very important when looking for a home and I believe this place gives you both.

Dave Deking specializes in East Valley properties. He has been a Realtor for over 20 years. I have never seen such a kind, honest, determined and dedicated Realtor. He truly knows his stuff and works tremendous hard for his clients.
