Lots of inventory, excellent prices, lots of fun stuff that you can't find reasonably other places. They often have wonderful sales where they discount tons of merchandise down to 10 pieces for $5 too, or 20 pieces for $10.
PROS: Lots of inexpensive, cute and trendy stuff
CONS: Frequent staff turnover
