A very nice little coffee shop. The beverages are not the best but the set up and atmosphere is second to none. The prices are slightly higher because it is such a small place.

This is one of my favorite places in St. Paul to meet people. Their coffee is excellent and they also have daily soups and sandwhiches as well as cakes and tortes by the slice. This is a cozy little space in Victoria Crossing with wonderful mismatched Victorian furniture and even a library for patrons. You can even sit outside on a warm day with a fresh smoothie.

I prefer the local places to St**bucks. This place was always a favorite- very cozy, great coffee, friendly help. Most of the kids that have worked there for years left when the place switched hands. Coffee not so hot any more, but still better than Caribou or Starbies. Interior has been brightened up, but it isn't as cozy.

PROS: local and independent, has WIFI
CONS: transient help is clueless
