This business was written up on the front page of the Anderson Newspaper 6/5/05. It is great family entertainment, no drinking, no smoking, no cussing and no drugs. There are many children and teenagers who come out to play, play by ear. Each Tues. and Thurs. night from 7-10PM it is open.
There is no charge. Donations are accepted to keep the place running. The musicians are not paid. They play because they love music. Only acoustic instruments are played. There are people from all professions, doctors, lawyers, dentists, constructino workers, doctor's assistants, retired military men and women, retired and actively working adults. The children who play have ranged in age from 8 yrs. through 18 years. The people have come from as far away as TX and Phila. The audience has had three 91 yr. old women in it. The oldest musician is in his 80's. You don't have to make a reservation, just show up on jam session night, Tues. or Thursday to hear great Bluegrass Music. The snacks in ther summer and soup in the crockpot in the winter are free. Donations are appreciated.
In the summer, there are tents outside to handle the overflow crowd.

PROS: Great family entertainment
