the worst store i have EVER been to. EXTREMELY understaffed and POORLY managed. i feel bad for the few cashiers they do have, i was shopping there last Thursday, and they only had TWO cashiers, i was downstairs waiting in line, and the cashier had a good 30 people in line, poor guy, he was dealing with FAR TOO MANY customers. I was very satisfied with their customer service, the cashier was very kind and quick with the purchase, but the store itself needs a serious overhaul....they really need to get more people working there...

Even though I generally find ross stores to be fairly unorganzied with everyone going through the stuff to find good deals, it's still totally worth the trip. I always find fun clothes at very reasonable prices, and their furniture and household section is great, too!

This gigantic Ross store is a very nice place to shop because there are a lot of selections for you to choose from. In most other Ross stores, they only have a few departments: men, women, accessories, etc... But this store is two stories so ther are so many departments: there's even a home-decor departments, which I've never seen in other Ross. This Ross also have a maternity aisle, and the racks are always full. To me, this is the best Ross store.

At Ross you have to find it yourself or be left hanging. THey doi have agood prices but not the best customer service. Some of there items and be really rinkey dinkey. Not a whole lot to say about the decor.

Ross is a great place to find higher priced items at much reduced prices. The only problem it the store is a hit and miss in what is in stock. They may have only 1 item of what you want.

Great store. Not much for shopping, but I like to get a deal and this is the place to get one. Very cheap prices, but merchandise isn't. The kids love this store.

I love Ross. I can find some real vintage looking pieces here for pennies on the dollar. They have a great selection of even plus sized clothing which is really hard to find.
They also have great shoes, if they have your size the price will surely be right!
Lots of products in their two level store.

It's nice to have a two-story, jumbo sized Ross in the mall. Prices are good, selection is decent and the kitchen ware, linens and home furnishings are still some of the best-priced in town. There are enough registers, so getting checked out is easy.
