Catherine's Plus

I've shopped in Manassas Catherine's for several years. I'm equi-distant to the Springfield store as well, but prefer Manassas for their knowledgeable staff. It's a happy thing to find a store where the staff doesn't launch themselves on you at every turn. While the merchandise selection is not what it used to be, this has to be a corporate decision due to financial concerns. But these ladies know their business and have never failed to be anything but kind and helpful. I especially love Joan...one of the most refreshing people I know in sales. It's also a clean store, you can navigate it easily, and the size selection is adequate. In fact, I think I'll take a trip today. Bravo, Catherine's at Manassas!

Catherine's Plus is a clothing store for women of girth. Although the chain of stores is an oasis for women who are hard to fit, the Manassas, VA store leaves something to be desired as far as customer service is concerned. The inventory is limited, and the few employees we have had the "privilege" of working with seem less than interested in the satisfaction of the customer. While visiting the store we have been brushed off and when in need of help the employees have refused to "go the extra mile". We have asked if there was a way to look up account information for the store and been told no. Then when visiting another location we were told it was possible at every store. Should you visit a Catherine's store? Absolutely. Should you visit the one in Manassas, VA? I would not recommend it.

PROS: Quality clothing
CONS: Poor customer service and inventory
