This company is ok, even if the people are sometimes a bit hard to deal with. They have nice apartments. You should consider them if you're thinking about moving to Evanston.

I think the website looks great, really eye catching, but once I got to talk with these people I felt like I was better off just looking for an apartment by myself. It looks like they are upset or angry about something and it felt really awkward. I didn't feel like these people were on my side trying to help.
Fortunately I found THE apartment I was looking for, and I'm happy I was able to find it on my own. :)

I was looking rent some of my apartments through this company and was very disatisfied. From the receptionist to the "Property Managment Consultant" the level of service and attitude was horrible. The are all very rude and extremely stuck up and their handling of prospective clients is disgusting. You would think that they would have treated me great since I was thinking of handing over some of my properties to manage and rent out. This would have equaled comission for them. But alas, they didnt treat me good at all. Also their "management fees" are extremely high. I would highly recommend using another real estate company instead of this one.

PROS:
CONS: RUDE, RUDE AND RUDE

I worked at this place for 2 weeks. Relatively new company, new ideas. I worked as a copywriter there, and their whole basis of ideas is that they are going to basically, offer the same services to a bunch of different local and national universities. Okay, so they are catering to grad students, med students, law students, and MBA students all at differnet schools. Here is the trick - they are DOING THE SAME THING FOR EVERYONE and trying to make it seem extremely catered to the individual. I will be the first to tell you that this company has a long way to go. They think that changing a few pictures and a few words is going to make students think this real estate company is made for them--it's all a scam. They know nothing beyond Evanston and know that all of these people will eventually, someday, have money and hope to get them to invest in them. Beyond that, they're unorganized, pressed for time, and completley overworked. You do not need a real estate company to find a place to live in Chicago. Trust me, you would be much better off (at a much cheaper price) on your own and I know for a fact that this business is a huge scam to try to lure in international students who do not know better than how to pick a place to live, in a big city.

If you don't believe me, browse their website. Choose a "different school" and a "different program" each time. Notice how similar they are? Wow. they are certainly specialized. Not to mention their marketing is done by someone fresh out of college who seems to think she has known how to manage people and run a business since the day she was born. May sound like I'm just bitter, but check out the website and see what I mean.

And for the record. I was not fired. I chose to leave.
