My parents have had nothing but trouble with this store. They were sold a whole new expensive computer system and the in home warranty. They got this because my dad is handicapped and my mom works and has back problems. After 2 months, the system acted up and mom called for service. Turns out the in home deal kicks in after mfr. warranty runs out. Then, they were told to read fine print, don't always beleive the color brochure. Sure enough, it said it. She had to make the choice to mail entire computer off to be fixed or pay CC a bunch of money to service there.

I have had bad experiences with other Circuit City's and this one was no exception. The return policy stinks. The customer service is even worse. The rebate program is a joke. They say it takes 8-10 weeks for rebates...try more like 5-6 MONTHS.
