Food good......shoddy practice of not accepting gift certificate due to unstated policy of removing drink from purchase is shoddy at best. Waitress was gruff.

Great food at a great price. This is in Chapel Hill on Frankin Street so parking is a little difficult but it's well worth it. Save room for desert - esp. the rice pudding!!

I went to Tallulah's (without a reservation- I would suggest not taking that route though) because it was formerly owned by a family friend. Although the management changed, the food and integrity of this delicious Turkish restaurant was not compromised. The drinks were great- the Rose Petal or Mosaic are personal suggestions. The appetizers, main courses and sinfully sweet after dinner treats were also outrageously delicious! I would suggest this place if you want something local, awesome and classy.

Excellent Turkish food, great ambiance, decent prices, full bar, live music or DJ after 10. What more is there to say? No smoking before 10, not too many college kids. Yum!
