My family "ate" at this place tonight, and it was absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever had, bar none.

When I say "ate" what I mean is, we each tried a bite of our food, gagged, and left. It's that simple.

Maybe it's me, but if I owned a restaurant, I might be a tiny bit curious if four customers got up and checked out after one bite. No one was curious. And more than that, after we ended up paying $50 for a big, fat, nothing (and had to go elsewhere to actually eat when we left), we noticed that the hostess asked everyone in front of us at the register how they liked their dinner, but noticeably did not ask us that question. You'd think they'd be interested, but I guess not.

Later, before we found another place to eat, a member of our party got physically ill. Could be coincidence, but he wasn't sick at all before we went to the Harbor City Diner.

If you enjoy crummy, dried out, unfresh vegetables, sandwiches soaked in tomato juice and falling apart, the worst Greek food this side of Chinatown, unbelieveably slow and inaccurate service, and a filthy dining room, then dash on down to the Harbor City Diner.

Yuck! I will never go there again, and it was so bad, I feel compelled to warn everyone I encounter.

In fact, if you know someone you really hate, give them a gift card for this place. It'll be the revenge that keeps on giving (after they get sick, that is.)

PROS: Absolutely none
CONS: 75 characters is not enough to express the cons

This diner is owned by a husband and wife from NY. They are always at their place of business and ready to assist customers in any way. The meals are fairly priced, and large portioned. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe Tuesday and Saturday nights, kids eat free...1 child per paying adult, children 10 and under. Also, Friday and Saturday nights are prime rib and it's delicious. Their burgers are huge and juicy, their omelettes extra large and just as delicious. I highly recommend this diner to anyone who's looking to try something different wihout breaking the bank.

PROS: friendly servers, large portions, reasonable prices
CONS: Can't think of any!
