We made reservations at this hotel for New Year's Eve. When we showed up at about 4:30, they had given our room away. We had even given them a credit card to hold the room for a guaranteed check in. When we got there, the desk person was not at all friendly and the people at BW (800#) said that there was nothing that they could do for us. We finally found a room somewhere else, but it wasn't the best way to start our holiday!
