Gladstone

We purchased a car from them after a friend of mine had gotten good service there. We got a shiny Mercury Sable with all the bells and whistles. The morning after we picked it up ( we got it at night) we noticed that there were some issues with the paint that weren't there before and that backseat had come off. They fixed the seat but refused to fix the paint even though it had been one of there people who messed up the paint. ( they admitted they know about it because they said they were removing tree sap) I will never go there or to their location on S.Willow street in Manchester,

Gladstone is a different type of dealership. They took care of me and treated me like a queen. I never have been so happy with a car dealership as I am with Gladstone. They took whatever steps were necessary to make it work. They were pleasant and went out of their way to get me the best deal. Their service area is great too, they provide free fresh brewed(individual cups) for the customers and have a tv and a good selection of magazines, but you don't even have time to browse they are done so fast! I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat! Truly a class act!
