This store's customer service desk is ALWAYS staffed by rude incompetent jerks to the point I cringe when I find out I have to return something. My wife and I used Toys'R'Us' baby registry in our last go-around with them. We were advised to put a number of items that would be needed further on in the baby's first year on the registry that were more expensive by staff. Taking the store's advise we placed a $180 car seat that the baby would not need for another year between the time of the shower purchase to the time the seat would finally be used. The vehicle the seat was to be used for was invovled in an accident, totaled, and a new vehicle was purchased. The seat did not fit the new vehicle properly and was immediately placed back in its original packaging. Upon trying to return the seat, the store was extremely rude and we were tossed a corporate number to call "if [we] wanted to press the issue". We only wanted a store credit (not money) as most all stores will give in situations falling outside of their policies, or in the event that a receipt is lost. After speaking with a phone operator on a saturday, he took my info and stated someone would contact me the following Monday through Friday. No one ever did. I called back only to be told that there was no exceptions for their 90-day return policy. We have 3 children and do all our toy and baby shopping to include baby food and diapers in their stores. Thier no-exception return policy has lost all of our future business, I will post this review in multiple online venues, and will influence purchases by friends and family in their stores. I expect better from such a large chain as they are happy to take one's money, but too greedy to make an exception under any circumstance with returns. Very poor business practices, shame on you Toy'R'US.

but this store usually has sale items and great clearance. The parking lot needs a lot of work, and the store is not the cleanest, but still some good deals. If you need help however , good luck, as the sales associates are not very friendly and are NEVER around when you need them.
