Michael Jenkins agency is really the best. I dont just recomend them, I insist that my freinds and family check them out. Cheryl Williams is is the best!!! She goes out of her way to help me any time I need it. Every one in the office is great and eager to help.

Michael was so helpful in taking the time to explain to my husband and me the different options for life insurance policies and answering all our questions. I've had my car and home insurance with them for many years and Michael and his staff have always been professional and friendly.

I have been with Michael Jenkins Agency for many years now and have had two separate occasions where they have come to my rescue. Once a few years ago we had a fire and Michael's office took care of everything so quickly and professionally I was amazed. The most recent was my daughter totalled her car and within a WEEK, she was delivered a check for the loss of her vehicle. Micheal's office is truely a very important part of my family and will probably never cease to amaze me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The accident was truely a stressfull situation, but Michael and his team were there for my daughter when she needed them most.

I have been with American Family, Michael Jenkins Agency since he started. My contact is usually with Cheryl Williams and we have had wonderful experiences. Everyone at this agency is helpful, courteous and very prompt.

I currently purchase auto insurance through them and I would highly recommend everyone to use them.

I have been a customer of Michael Jenkins American Family agency for 10 years. This spring, after a death in my family, I rented a car in another state. During this trying time I was involved in a rear end accident. Michael and Toby were great. They listened with a sympathetic ear and were able to sort out the intricacies of this mess with great adeptness. As there were three agencies involved, mine, his and the car rental company's agency, this could have been a very difficult problem. I will remain a loyal customer of this agency for many years. They are great!!!

Mike took care of me from start to finish and explained every detail.I didnt know buying insurance could be so easy and fast. Cheryl and Alana also have been very helpful every time I call. I give the an A++.

This agency is very friendly and very fast to answer all my questions. I never have to wait on hold or have them call me back. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable as well. Our entire family has used them for years and will never change even if our rates ever go up. I highly recommend this agent if you are shopping for one.
