I've been with 3 different banks and so far the service at Downey Savings is amazing. I've been to other branches of Downey Savings and they aren't as friendly as this branch. They are by far the best with customer service.

i like this bank they are very very friendly people and very knowledgeable of their products and services, they are competitive and in a good location where you can bank and shop all in one locaiton. the branch is clean and neat. good bank
