My 3 month old Doberman/Lab mix was diagnosed with Parvo from his regular vet. We took him home with treatments but over the weekend I could tell he wasnt getting better, but in fact getting worse. I was very worried and took him to Emergency Pet Clinic in Temecula. It was around 5 in the morning. I was upset and afraid I was going to lose him. I took him inside, and told the lady behind the desk what was going on, and she looked at me and said, "Well he doesnt look like he is going to die in the next 2 hours, so just wait and take him to your vet when they open. He is fine now, no thanks to this emergency vet, or C.V.S emergency vet either. I took him to his regular vet and they saved him.

Emergency Pet Clinic is clearly careless with their customers and their pets.

They rudely greeted me when I entered into their office with a dog that had just had surgery and pulled out her urinary catheter with NO APOLOGIES. I was just going to have my dog there overnight, but I wouldn't trust them with my goldfish, even the cheese kind!

I walked out of the place and went straight to California Vet Specialists in Murrieta. If you love your pet, don't take them HERE!

Ratings_icons Expensive but great

We had 2 different pets seen at this clinic. Both were very stressful times and both animals were very sick. In both cases the staff and doctors were caring and thorough. I have no doubt they saved the life of one of my dogs through their excellent care. The other dog was terminal, they saw him a couple of times and when he passed away they took the body for us and had him cremated. They are very expensive but you are paying for a specialized service offered 24 hours a day.

I have had A cat die painfully days after paying over A thousand dollars for A simple treatment. They take advantage of your love for your friend by extorting as much money as they can. There are other emergency pet clinics out there.
