I went for a hair cut and eyebrow wax. The massage room had blinding flourescent lights, which you usually dont find in a massage room. The stylist was nice but mostly complained about management my entire cut. The haircut looked like something a 12 year old would do on one of those head dolls. Never been back.

Went there for many years and service good progressively worse. My stylist was always double booked and last time I went had to tell her to color and I left with a lopsided hair cut. I ues to recommend all my friends and family, but never again. There are better stylist in Riverside

I usually go to Karen Allen for a manicure and pedicure. While the service is nice, it's not the best I've had. And they are quite pricey. A few drops of an essential oil is not enough for me to pay an extra $10-$12 on the service. I wouldn't turn away a gift certificate, but I don't really go on my own anymore.
