Ken Collig the CEO makes $218K per year !

I hear little old ladies commenting on how expensive they have become.

Less than 8% goes to their jobs and education programs.

In this economy, they are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE !

You could literally spend hours in the store if you wanted. SO much to choose from.

The women's department is huge. The guys is alright. The children's department is rather small.

There are literally a ton of books to choose from. Also a large selection of VHS movies.

Sometimes I find items that are way overpriced, but for the most part, they're pretty reasonable.

This perticular Good Will is the largest one I have ever shoped at. It has an antique part, a huge selection of books, toys, furniture and other household items. It has a large erea for jewlery too. The parking is good for being in the Seattle erea. Their prices are great too. They also have a store located off of 6th Ave. that everything is 1.29 per pound. I have even found brand new items in the $1.29 a pound store. Way Cool!!

This is an extremely large Goodwill store. When she comes to town, my mom always likes to go here, because of the large selection to choose from. It is the size of 2-4 regular sized Goodwill stores. They have everything - tons of books and clothing items, linens, housewares, furniture, electronics, etc. However much of it is in disarray. They keep it tidied as much as possible, but it isn't organized well. Also, some of the prices are a bit high for a second hand store. However, there are also some good deals in the mix, you just have to keep your eyes open. Customer service isn't all that great, many don't speak good English, and the lady that checked us out last time just wadded up the clothing items in a ball and threw them in the bag! If you really want to find a gem, and are up for a hunt, I would still check these guys out. Just don't be dismayed if you run into less than thrilled employees.

I like Goodwill because I can get my shopping "fix" for cheap and it is fun looking for bargains. This Goodwill has a good selection of children's clothing. If you're looking to add to your child's library of books for cheap, there is quite a selection of children's books. You can find some great bargains in the toy section if you are willing to dig a little. It is usually very busy and it can be hard to find parking (or a free shopping cart).

I came here to look for dishes for a new apartment and was pleased with the vast selection of mugs, plates, etc in the housewares section. I had a great time going through the mugs to find the colors I wanted. On the way there I stopped in the women's clothing section, but had to leave because it was too overwhelming. It could've just been me, but I didn't understand how the sizes were organized. I'd recommend this Goodwill if you're going to look for something specific. Otherwise, your eyes may glaze over when confronted with the mad quantiites of stuff here...

This Goodwill location has got to be the largest thrift store I have ever been to! When you drive up to it it looks huge - apparently one half is a Goodwill training center and the other half is a thrift store. Even the one half that makes the store is very large, though. Needless to say they have a big selection of pretty much everything - clothes, household items, electronics, books, etc, etc.
As a thrift store it's very good, but I would note that it's better to pass on the new items near the checkout stands, though. I bought some cheap Chinese AAA batteries here and they went dead on me ridiculously soon...
