.

Overall the services and staff of this hospital are great. As with any smaller hospital there are things you need to go elsewhere for, or wait for (a mobile MRI truck has to come into town weekly to do MRIs, and highly critical patients will be relocated to a bigger metro hospital).

The downside is that for covering such a large region, one would think this hospital would offer 'charity care' for uninsured or poor patients. It does not. If you need care and have no insurance (or money) you will be better off going to a metro hospital in Logan or Ogden that offers 'charity care' (meaning free or financially workable services).

If money and insurance are NOT a problem, this hospital is fine.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors from the Brigham Medical Clinic can work here (as can many others locally) and some are on the board of directors, so if you have a problem with the clinic, you may not want to come here, either.

Easy access to the freeway (I-15) and has a life-flight helicopter pad. Only like 10 minutes or less for outside life-flight services to get into Brigham now.

PROS: Clean Friendly expert service
CONS: No charity care; medically may need to go elsewhere
