Starving Students Moving Company

Worst movers ever. Damaged a lot of my stuff. Booked 6 weeks in advance and was given list of items they would not move on day of move! Claims is giving me hard time because the mover hardly wrote anything on inventory list! I was too busy moving stuff they wouldn't take to notice mover only wrote down a few things. TERRIBLE.

My wife and i recently had starving movers complete a move for us. We were on a budget and we gave them what we could spend so we had all of our boxes packed and everything out so they could move quickly. When the movers got their they advised my charges would between 200.00 and 220.00 for this , they classified this as a small move. So they authorized my card for 200.00 . When the move was done they said they needed to add almost an hour of drive time to the total. They never disclosed this to us and advised our bill was for 350.00 plus. I am very reasonable but it really seems they are a bunch of liars and crooks. i would never reconnment this company to anyone. If you choose to use them you may want to think twice

Starving Students have helped both myself and my Adult Children with "Honor" and "Respect", they made a very hard move possible for us at a rate that is very well liked by my whole family.
Please give Andrew, my highest regards for helping us through this.

I was very pleased with the movers that helped me on May 22, 2007. They (two movers) were very professional and dependable. I also received very good customer service when I call to check in that morning before the time frame. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very curtious and informed me of an expected time for the movers. I will definetly use the "Starving Students" company for all future moves in Las Vegas. Thank you for the good service in my move.

These students can't really be starving. The rates they charge are very high. They also start charging you when they leave their shop and stop your charges when they get back to their shop. You had better hope they don't get stuck in the McDonalds drive thru. Could cost you a fortune.

We had to move, last minute. I was able to get in touch with these guys and put together a moving day, that took all the stress off of me. They do it all. I packed it up of coarse, but they will do that too. They had the truck and everything needed. This came in very handy whenI found out we were moving upstairs. This can be a pain, but the starving students made it better.

We used them to move from our apartment into our house. We had recently come from Salt Lake and we stuffed our 1800 sq. feet house into a little 2 bedroom apartment for 3 months until our house was completed.

The movers were very friendly, they gave us an extra guy, for free! Hard working, especially since they were charging me by the hour. I was really impressed. There were a few times I got really nervous, one guy would carry a big piece of furniture up the steps, alone... they never dropped anything, but I did get quite nervous.

They ended up leaving 2 little scratches on the wall... but it was very much worth the money. I would use them again.
