you must shop at malcolm smith to truly understand the difference. the staff looks professional and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I recommend this dealership.
Pros: everything
Cons: not close enough to my house
This place was what I'd been looking for. A motorcycle store that gets it! The place is easy to get to, right off the freeway, lots of parking with pull thru for my trailer, clean and beautiful. They had the bike I was looking for at the best price I found. Everyone I spoke with rode motorcycles and knew what they were talking about.
Pros: Best prices, best people and easy to get to!
I went into this shop to look for a new tire for my GSXR and couldn't help but say aloud "No Way!" when I walked in the door. The store doesn't feel like any bike shop I have been in to. Everyone says hi with a smile the minute you walk in the door, and seem eager to help you with whatever you need. After buying that tire I have been back a bunch of times and ended up buying my new bike from there. The deal went smoothly and I'm very happy with my purchase 6 months later.
I would highly recommend this to anyone in southern california, you have to SEE this place to understand what a shop should look like.
Pros: great staff, easy to find, lots of parking, amazing store
Cons: none that I could see
I had a good experience. I bought a used Kawi ninja. After buying it, I felt like I got a little hosed, because I ended up paying alot more than I had planned to, but that is on me because I bought on impulse. Bad Idea. You should do your research and stick to your guns.
However, I thought the staff were very nice, informative and helpful. While I was waiting for the bike to be looked over by their technicians, my salesman gave me tips on how to take care of my bike. He also told me about a bike club that they have locally in riverside.
This was my first bike and I just recently finished an MSF class. After purchasing the bike, instead of having to ride it home, they offered to deliver it straight to my house at no extra charge.
I've had my bike for about a year now and so far so good. I don't think they pulled anything over on me. Hopefully. I'm happy with my experience with them and am planning on going back to buy some safety gear, if they have anything that fits my fancy.
Pros: Big Store, helpful staff
Cons: Salesmen are salesmen
WOW! Didn?t realize how petty a dealership could really be. Unless you know Malcolm personally, stay away from this store. It's all about money and the happy smiles are truly fake!!!
Pros: Close to freeway
Cons: Staff members that will say anything for a sale
