Pros: Honest, Respectful, Friendly

Cons: I wasn't sure of the address to send my first payment.They didn't tell me if I would receive a payment booklet or how to make my payments, BUT that is a minor thing. Overall, they were the best!!!

Quick and painless. These guys are the "good 'ol boys" in the car industry. Justin made the whole expericence a good one. He was very knowledgable and reasonable. I recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.

I took my Car in to Redwood city Dodge for reutine break work in October. When I picked up my car and drove it home, my engine started smoking. It turns out that the radiator cap was left off my vehicle and a mechanic had left two red handtowels stuffed in the front part of my vehicle's engine. Sloppy work for a dealership, where one is expecting to obtain better service.

After some negotiations, the dealer was able to repair some of the damages (only because I took pictures). However, I'm still having trouble obtaining a refund from the dealership for rental car usage (2 weeks worth of repairs, for routine breakwork).

I visited this dealership after it came under new management in April 2006. They were running a free gift card promotion that turned out to be a scam. I guess they figured their customers would be pretty dumb. (Their customers are buying Dodges after all.)

I recently was on the hunt for a pre-loved car. I was checking out the cars dragging along my wife and 2 screaming kids - not in a good mood to buy anything. The sales guy was very helpful and not aggressive. I went quickly from browsing to buying! The whole team was very professional and not pushy. I'd strongly recommend, they made a horrible task a lot more pleasant.

I recently went back to have follow up on a few things promised to be fixed in the sale. All were done without fuss - again a really great experience.

When my mom had a minor accident, she took her car here and so when I was hit in a parking lot, I went there too. I knew the woman who hit me and she was going to pay out of pocket, so I wanted to go somewhere reasonable while not compromising the condition of my car. It's important to note that neither of our cars were Dodges. I think mom had a recommendation from a friend who told her they do other cars as well. They were very professional and relatively fast. Very personable and professional. I'm hoping I won't have occasion to have body work done, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back.
