I have been to a lot of dealers in my time and never liked the harrassing from the sales people. At Murrieta Volkswagon, my girl friend and I felt comfortable and were not harrassed in anyway which aided in the finding of our vehicle.

I had a great experience with Murrieta Volkswagen. My vehicle required extensive warranty work as well as major milestone scheduled maintenance. The staff has all been excellent to work with. The pricing is in line with the more reasonable VW dealerships in my experience.

My most recent service advisor was Karen. And she is awesome! But everyone I have worked with has demonstrated knowledge and a willingness to get things right.

I was in the dealership last week and had the best experience. They went out of their way to get me in & out as I had two small children with me. I really felt they were honest the did not try to make me buy more than I needed. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. they get a big 10 from this family.

The service department has done good work on the recalls that I've had. Their service team continaully tries to rip off the customers, over charging for simple tasks. I do most of my own car work, so I know what is involved for most of the jobs. What a rip off.

The parts department, while still over priced, is more knowledgable about the cars and products, in my opinion.

Murrieta Volkswagon provides service on the weekends for those of us who cannot schedule a service during the week! It is easy to schedule an appointment and easy to get to. They provide good customer service!
