The produce here is much better than at other local stores, and they consistently have great specials on fruits and veggies. I'm trying to eat well but stick to a strict grocery budget. I appreciate the sales and the service--the people here are always really nice. I like the self check-out too.

i like the employees- all very nice.
i live across the street.
if you watch the specials you can do pretty good
i'm on disability so i have to watch prices.
and they almost always have day old bread near the back i can get for a buck or less to feed the birds with.

The Ralph's at Harvard/Main in Irvine, has very poor management, not only that, the people that work in their Deli are so stupid, they always have there back turned toward the customers and ignore them when they are standing in line, the management in that store allows the employees to wear there name badges on there caps same as for the meat dept which makes the store look tacky. When ever I enter the store I see a greeter making funny noises and or flapping the Ralph's ads that he bundles up, or I see him talking to the people in the Coffee Bean, I also see another greeter walking around the store like he is lost and does not know what to do with himself. I have noticed that when the managers are there they are not watching their employees, and are having fun giggling themselves. They never have enough staff employed daily, it seems like they are always short handed in every department, some of the employees there seem to be very immature for there ages. This is the only Ralphs that I have ever noticed so many problems. This store hates to take customers recycling items, they will ignore you if they see you at the front desk. No manager has ever been seen at the front desk. Come on Ralph's hire some capable people in that store, or sweep out the manager's and replace with new ones! This is a very busy store they need more capable people working there.

This store is pretty clean and uncluttered. Their prices are not the best but if you have coupons, they do double it. You should also look thru their specials, both in store and thru the newspaper. You can save quite a bit from the specials.
