We purchased a furnace/vent cleaning truck from you in the spring of 1999. It has been one of the best investments in equipment I have made in several years. The model 12RDF with the Ford 350 is the unit we purchased. Along with the basic items we added the stainless steel protection package, painted galvanized bag doors, HD Quincy 340 compressor and the clear coat for the CaddyVac Unit.

We added air duct cleaning and furnace cleaning to our business in 1989. The first unit we purchased was used and we had to rebuild almost every part on it. After a few years on the started unit we updated to another trailer/portable unit. Both of these units were adequate for small residential jobs, but we could not touch the large commercial jobs.

When I attended the NADCA convention in Las Vegas in 1999 we had no plans to purchase a new furnace cleaning truck. Fortunately we were able to compare the portable units (what we were using) compared to the truck mounted units. We realized we were missing the boat in power and dependability so we started comparing the furnace/vent cleaning units themselves. I found the CaddyVac to not only meet my expectations, but to exceed them.

Our original trailer unit had a Quincy 325. Using this as my first comparison, I found the 340 Quincy provided the additional air and consistency needed to thoroughly flush the majority of systems, residential and commercial. We also needed a unit with enough vacuum at long distances to pull the debris out once it was dislodged. Several jobs have put full use of the 125 feet of 10? flex hose with enough vacuum to spare. In fact we carry two additional lengths of 8? pipe 20 feet long for those jobs we need to go the distance. While at the show we compared the standard package offered by CaddyVac and the standard package offered by others. Simply put the competitor?s packages offered less and were substandard.

In the last two years I have had no breakdowns. Granted there is the normal wear and tear, but when I was running the other units I could guarantee some breakdown at the worst time, when I was busy. I have found the CaddyVac easy to maintain, easy to train new personnel on, and when I run against a serious competitor my clients are so impressed with the CaddyVac I?m all but guaranteed the job. When I need help or questions answered Mac returns my calls and takes care of questions or concerns immediately.

Our company is run by customer satisfaction. Our customers are extremely pleased and impressed by the CaddyVac. Again, this is the best investment in equipment we have made.

Thank you for your support and the making of a great furnace/vent cleaning truck the CaddyVac.

Sincerely,

Eric S. Varney
