I went in there with a friend to get a new bong and one of the workers was helping these kids look at space cases and I told the kid to get a titanium space case and the dude working there turns to me and goes "There is no such thing as a titanium space case now go away" so basically f@#k Mile High cause i'm sitting here using my TITANIUM space case and I know more about glass than any one of the mother f@#kers that work there, I know this for many reasons but mainly because of their terrible selection. Got to the Fitter!

RIP OFF - SCAM ALERT - RIP OFF. Will never set foot in that scumbag store again. Went there because of all the adds and I see a big fight between the sleazy store owner and some righteous glass blowers. I ask what's going on and the store owner (Kenny, a real scumbag) waves his fist at me and tells me to mind my own business.(I was just trying to help) The glass blowers apologize to me about the owner and then excuse themselves to talk to the owner. I quickly realize that the owner is fighting with the glassblowers and they are actually pretty calm. The store owner was such an a**hole I decide to leave. A min later the blowers come out and I ask them what all the fighting was about. Turns out Kenny (aka scumbag) lied to the blowers about his prices, after beating them way down on their prices, he jacked his resale price up to 3 times what he told the blowers he would sell their work for. I bought some stuff from them at a quarter the price he was charging in his store. I hope he goes out of business, definitely a complete sleazebag.

No refunds and no returns. Check every item purchased VERY VERY VERY carefully.before leaving the store. Had been a long time customer untill they sold me a defective pollen box, (price tag glue left an unremovable residue on the wood) and wouldn't exchange. Repeated referances to their no returns policy doesn't change the fact that they sold me a defective product. Freakies has nearly as good a selection and much better service. I will NEVER shop at this store again, NEVER EVER!!!!

Boom! Are you kidding me? I've been to every other shop on the Front Range, but no one ?? and I mean NO ONE ?? even comes close. Jaw was on the floor from the selection alone, but after talking to the staff, jaw was in the sub basement. I was nervous about my purchase (never bought a vaporizer before, and they ain't cheap). Not anymore. Money well spent. Thanks MHPAT!

I got shafted. I got a piece home and just by running water through it the INTERNAL glass broke. I called and asked for a refund and they said it was my problem now. I hadn't even used it. TERRIBLE SERVICE! where's the love? Not at mile high glass.

Mile high is by far the best head shop in Boulder and the surrounding area. Everyone there is incredibly nice, especially the owner Kenny. They have a better selection of glass than anyone around, and their prices are not bad at all. I don't think I have ever paid full price for anything that I've purchased there, as they usually give a ten percent discount if you are a decent enough person. A lot of other shops talk a lot of smack about mile high, but once you experience it for yourself you won't bring your business anywhere else.

I was in Colorado on vacation one week in August of 2008 and happened to go to Boulder. It was a very rainy, cool day, and being from Arkansas, I was not used to the cool air in August or rain. I was walking down Pearl St. on this rainy day and discovered a quite provocative, but discreet business. It was in a basement, and you had to go down these stairs. Anyway, it led into this dark room, and still I had no idea where I was going. The only thing i knew about it was that you had to be 18 to enter, and since i was already 19 I was okay. I entered to discover a world of amazement, a world of vision. Millions upon millions of accessories were prevalent in this room, a strange one at that. Memories.

A dark place in the basement level of the Pearl St. Mall. Strange products. Excellent craftsmanship. Superior service. I was quickly directed to the products I needed. Chatty fellow. I was approached like the next-door neighbor.
