Women's Health First

Associates in the Schaumburg office do not care at all. I thought that this office should have happy and nice associates because their job is supposed to be very meaningful, yet I found that it is not the case with Women's Health First. The doctors are experienced, no argument but so cold and they just do not give a rat's ass about you and/or your baby. Nurses and u/s technicians are rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and cold hearted. I had a bad experience when I was pregnant with my first baby and now I am pregnant again and will be switching offices for sure. Please avoid at all costs!!! You should go to the office where people genuinely care about your and your baby's well being.

I believe Dr. Warren was the only best doctor in this group, I have seen several others in this group since the time Dr. Warren left. I am not at all satisfied with staff or the other doctors, Do your research before you choose a doc in this group.

Womens Health First continues to call me via their automatic dialing system, reminding me of upcoming appointments and letting me know "my" lab results are in. Im not their patient... I've never been their patient.

I'm a dude.

I've requested 6 times now that they check their patient records, and remove my number from their automatic calling list - all to no avail.

PROS: none
CONS: Poor administration and irresponsible use of technology.

The buffalo grove office is much better than the schaumburg office. The office staff seems to care a little bit more than the schaumburg office. The doctors are good, they seem to really have good information. I am not sure if I would recommend this practice to anyone because there have been times where I wanted to leave. I stay because I really like my doctors aid who helps me, if she had her own practice, I would go there without any questions asked. She really knows what she's doing. Maybe the only negative thing is that i've only seen my doctor once. I like more of a personal relationship with a doctor, especially one who has to know personal information about my body.

I was highly disappointed in the response of the staff at this office. I had some early issues with my pregnancy after having just had a miscarriage. To me, they seemed very uncaring. I had to change Dr.s during the pregnancy to save my own sanity.

My wife used this gynecologist for the first 6 months of her pregnancy until we relocated. It is a group practice... so you can see a doctor even if your Gyn is not available if there is an emergency. You can get your lab work done in the same place which is great and very convinient during pregnany when you have a lot of lab work. The place is neat and well kept and the doctors are experienced.
