Fast and Friendly! I got a virus that removed all of my files . I brought to there shop and paid the extra 30$ emergency service and was done in a HOUR! Best ever experience yet. I am posting because it seems only people post when they are upset. Best wishes guys keep up the good work

The worst I've ever been to! And I've been to some aweful computer repair places. I went there three weeks ago for worm/virus removal. Got my computer back and notice a rattling sound in it that wasn't there when I dropped it off with them. Plugged it in at home and it wouldn't turn on. Brought it back and they said it must have shorted out the power supply when I brought it home, it didn't have time to have that happen. But they said they'd take off the labour cost so I left it with them, a week later I come in and they said they ordered the wrong part and needed to reorder it. And they didn't think they should call me and let me know about the delay?? And now, three weeks later they say my motherboard is fried and they need to replace it.

In short...they have broken my computer twice, and are charging me for it!

(And before you read the positive reviews, look at the dates on them.)

They were terrible. Utterly terrible!

They overcharged me, didn't remove the viruses they promised they'd remove (viruses came back immediately), and also got my computer back to me a lot later than promised. I used to take my repairs here, but I will never come back there again after that incident.

I have used their services for over 10 years and have found Jason and company to go above and beyond for customer service. I purchased my very first computer from the store and it lasted for many years until I needed to upgrade. What I appreciate about the store is that they give good advice as far as what to purchase for add-ons, what you can download for free that is of quality, and what you do not need to buy that is unnecessary "fluff." If you have a problem with a repair that they have done they will also back-up their work.

Above All Computers Inc. In Temecula on Jefferson Ave, Lack of interpersonal communications skills; when it comes to to dealing with customers; misleading inaccurate information when you call about the results of your computer being repair; on several occasion's the operational hours printed on the exterior front door, means nothing on Saturday, if you go to retrieve your computer or visit the store; hours are suppose to be open from 10:00AM- 2:00PM good luck if the you find the store open during these time frames as well as during the week on normal operating hours 9am-5pm;they are always late opening the store; never on time; as well as, when you call they will literally give you the run around and tell you we can't service or talk to you now because, we are close; call back the next day. Very unethical unprofessional. I should have realized when I walked inside the store the door was wide open it was approximately above 83 degree one would think being in the business of computer repairs would know this will affect your computer software as well as the computer equipment. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, unbelievable and no follow-up by management resolution.
