The people who work at Vom.Com are patient, understanding and helpful when dealing with internet problems. Most of the time they can correct a situation over the phone, but will not hesitate coming to the house if necessary. There is no "talking down" to a client who is not computer savvy. There is no "ridiculous question" as far as they are concerned. On the other hand, they can hold their own when communicating with the computer literates. To capture the essence of this company, I would describe them as definitely "User Friendly".
