This store is cramed full of furniture but I have NEVER purchased anything there because WOW, their prices are outrageous. I seen some of the same items at other stores for way lower prices. Their location is on a very busy intersection cattie corner from a elementary school, hard to get into and out of their parking lot. Go across the street to Fred Meyers. The employees also do not leave you alone to shop. I want to shop without someone standing over my shoulder, if I want your help I will ask. Asking me once if I need anything is fine but don't pester me.

We do have a "Low Price Guarantee." Unfortunately with furniture, there are a lot of knock-offs between brands where you will see items from store to store that look alike, but that are not of the same quality. We feel that we are very competitive with same "model, same fabric" pieces. The grade school across the street has been torn down. Access to the store from all directions, is relatively easy. Driving north and west are turns directly into the parking lot. Driving west or south, we can be accessed from protected turn lanes. We do ask our sales people to stay in the vicinity of their customers, so that they will be available to answer any questions. We try not to "stand over their shoulders."They have a wonderful selection of furniture, appliances, and mattresses to choose from & have fairly good sale prices. Since we had our house built, this was the store our builder went thru to get our appliances. When we decided to get furniture, we decided to go with them again. Well, we ended up buying a chair & having to order a matching chair from them & it had to be shipped from Italy. It was going to take 6 months...not a problem. Well, when the chair arrived, it was the wrong one (style, not color)!! It seems that the tags were mixed up on the chairs when the numbers were taken off to place the order. It was going to take another 6 months to get the matching chair, but ended up only taking a few months. After a lot of negotiating, they finally fixed the problem, but it was such a pain to have to wait yet again!
