I have used Sunflowers Florist for gifts, baskets and floral arrangements. They help you with your selection. Do not pressure you . I have also had arrangements wired out of state.

PROS: Prices are great, friendly and helpful
CONS: not appliable

Sometimes it seems like the whole concept of customer service has gone right out the window, but when you call Sunflowers Florist, you will have to think again. They were so incredibly helpful to me during a very difficult time for my family. I was frustrated with one of those online florists and called Sunflowers to essentially bail me out at the last minute. I will admit that I was a real pain by the time I spoke with someone at Sunflowers, but they were very patient and understanding. To make a long story short, the online guys finally delivered their promised arrangement at 8pm (promised by 11am) and I had to call and cancel with Sunflowers early the next day. Although I was cancelling my order, I again found them to be wonderfully helpful and understanding. I wish their customer service behavior would rub off on a few more people. In the future I will use Sunflowers Florist exclusively for my special floral and plant arrangement needs.

The prettiest flowers I ever got were from this florist. Beautiful Purple Roses nothing like I have every seen. Fresh and so beautiful they almost didn't look real but they were. A gift from my husband ordered at Sunflowers Florist. I have never forgotten how fresh and beautiful they were. Enchanting, delicate precious roses is what I received and I still think about them to this date. Highly recommended for freshness.
