New Castle Nails

I went with a vietnamese friend who understood what the nail techs were saying though they didn't realize it... Within 1 minute of sitting done she got up and walked out furious. The tech's were chatting in vietnamese about how they thought she was a tight wad and would give them a lousy tip (we had never been here before). Only go to this place if you don't mind being talked about rudely behind your back right in front of your face. We took our money and tips elsewhere.

Talking bad about customer behind their back and very bad service. I would not recomment anyone coming to this place. Who would want to pay for that kind of service?

After three bad nail jobs I will not go back. I got a simple french manicure and it started to chip the next day, by the second day I went back for a re-do. They do not do that, they just gave me another manicure for FULL price and assured me it would last. It was worse than the first! Poor preparation, very slow, and nails chipped after the first day. This place does not do quality work or stand behind their service. Don't waste your time and money!

here they are gooood. i really enjoyed my pedicure that i recieved from them. they made my feet feel so good after a long week at work. the have tons of products for a good foot massage. i will be returning there again.

Newcastle Nails is by far one of the best inexpensive nail salons I have come across. They have a large salon with several nice pedicure stations and do an excellent job! They are not in a big rush to get you in and out but spend extra time working on your nails. I love this place and I know you will too!

I frequently go to Newcastle Nails for manicures/pedicures and it has always been wonderful. They have never failed to do a complete makeover of my hands & feet...I have always been 100% satisfied with them, until I got my eyebrows waxed one day. The lady rushed through it and I came out with two different shaped brows, eek! For any service other than waxing, I highly recommend this shop.

My sister recently got married and the ladies in the wedding party went here for our manicures and pedicures. This was my first real manicure and I was in heaven. I thought they did a wonderful job on my nails and my hands went home feeling so soft.

Thankfully, I decided not to get a pedicure done, but my sister and some of the other bridesmaids did and they ladies rubbed their feet so hard with the pumice that their feet started to bleed! The seats were comfy though as was the foot bath.

The shop is clean and the ladies don't speak that much english but they were still friendly.
