i am not a clam chowder fan and hardly ever order fish at a restaurant, but fish co's clam chowder is hands down one of the best i've ever tasted. all the fishes i've tried were great too (halibut, salmon, seabass) the pastas are equally tasty too.

I am not the biggest seafood fan, but I love crab legs. This restaurant has the best crab legs I have ever had. I have been to this restaurant several times, and the dinner never disappoints. The service is outstanding.

This restraunt is reknown for it's fish dishes that are fresher than fresh. It's the only place I know of that you can eat your fish and on the way out if you want to take fresh fish home--you can do that too. The clam chowder is the best and is a meal in itself. Expensive but worth every penny.

My husband & I love this restaurant! We have never been disappointed with the food, or the service, in the 25+ years we have been going there. The seafood is always fresh & prepared any way you would ever want it. For the top quality of the food, we feel the costs are very reasonable. This is why we choose The Fish Company as the place to celebrate all of our special occassions, and then some. :-)

Wow, were we disappointed. We went for a nice evening out for a rare date night.
Started out with no bread and no wine until after our salad, not to mention lousy service. When we complained, the manager came over and told us that we would be cared for. Hmmmmm, the fish was marginal and the service was so-so. We thought maybe a dessert was in our future? When we got the bill, we didn't even get a break there.
SO, we didn't get to enjoy our wine while waiting for the food, we received poor service, and we didn't get a break on the bill- that's being cared for? We won't be back.

You will not find fresher fish anywhere! They say they are "Fanatical about Fish" and it shows. Not a chain..family run for 25 years..professional staff, great drinks and fish market too. Many pick up clam chowder,sour dough rolls a great piece of fish and head home. Lots of awards and celebrity photos cover the walls.Good value with soup or salad and two side dishes included.Awesome steaks too for those land lovers.
Pros: huge selection of fresh fish
