Hands down the best way to get tested! It was fast reliable and confidential! They take care of all the hard work for you and its performed in a Lab, so I know its accurate! I know now if I ever need future testing?.this is where its at!

A+ Service! I called in and set the test up within minutes! I had a questionable encounter and needed everything tested. I was unaware that there was timetable for being tested. I spoke to a knowledgeable counselor that set me up with the right test. I had my results within three days and am happy to say everything was negative!

I wouldn't even give this "hospital" one star if it would let me. I went here with a friend as we were both stationed on the base located just outside of Sierra Vista. Well after feeling sick for a while I was told I needed to go to the hospital. I was dropped off and thats when the mess began. I had had oral surgery to remove wisdom teeth about a week before and it had never properly healed and unknown to me I had developed a deadly case of sepsis. My body started to shut down and after waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room I began to vomit. My friend went and requested something for me to throw up in and a blanket. They finally gave her a blanket and a pink bucket, but by the time she got back I had begun to convulse. I had a seizure on the waiting room floor and while another patient waiting with me ran to get a nurse my friend had to clear my throat because I was choking. I blacked out from there and my friend said that the nurse WALKED over and said why is she doing that? Completely incompetant staff, had they just listened to me and admitted me in a TIMELY manner they would've seen that I was near death and started my medications asap. Instead I proceded to have 2 more seizures and had to wait in a catatonic state until they found out per my wbc that was off the charts that my body was infected with sepsis. They left me in the ER for a few more hours until they finally (thank God) decided they were not equipped to handle the care I needed and transfered me via helicopter to Tucson Medical Center. If you have any kind of emergency go in the ambulance so you have a chance of actually getting seen by a "doctor" before your dead. In all seriousness you'd probably be better off driving to Tucson because the care there is far superior. The hospital shouldn't even be allowed to call itself that, and the staff is the most incompetant I've ever encountered, and be prepared for long waits because for some reason on a weekend night they only had one doctor on staff. Horrible place, avoid at all costs.

This is no exaggeration. We spent 12 hours sitting in the waiting room, and then actually got a room where we waited for almost two hours waiting for someone to see us once we got into a "room". We were never actually seen by a doctor, just a physician's assistant and at the end finally had to be rude after the "doctor" had seen us so they would hurry up and get us the hell out of there. It would have been faster for me to drive to Phoenix.

If I am conscious when I next have to go to an emergency room I will NOT go there again.

The hospital can get busy and the wait can be long, but if you time it just right, and have a bad emergency, you can get in and out of the ER pretty quick. The nurses and doctors are freindly and answer questions that we had.

We have had the misfortune to have had to use this facility several times.
While there are a few good people there who care about the patient, most of them are not worth a hoot.
They do not listen to what the patient or advocate says, but instead follow "protocol" as if it were a Biblical text instead of guidelines.
They hurt people there.
They do procedures that the patient specifically says NO! to.
They DO NOT LISTEN to the patient!
I would not recommend this "hospital" to anyone.
But it is the only gane in town, within about 30 miles.

PROS: none
CONS: too many to list

When my husband was out of the country, our family was living near the base in Sierra Vista. Our son was playing and sprained his ankle, it seemed to be painful for him. I took him to Sierra Vista Hospital in Sierra Vista, AZ. One of the staff called me to step just outside of my son's bedside to complete filing out the paperwork. I did not stay out of the curtained very long, I was just on the other side of a thin curtain from my son, I really thought he would be safe. I heard my 7 year old talking to someone who had entered his treatment area. I heard my child, cry out and say "Please stop that, no!" I pulled the curtain open in time to see a grown male. This man was just withdrawing his hand from my child's underpants. My man practically ran from the area! I got a good look at this him, but my son was visably upset. A female employee with short blond hair helped the man escape by saying, I must not try to stop people who are only trying to treat my (now) crying child. I told her I did not like the kind of treatment that the man was giving him! Then she ordered me to take my son back into the the treatment area. She began to say I was lying, and that if I persisted in making a disturbance I would have to sign my child out of their hospital.

I did sign my son out of that hospital, the woman was threatening that if I signed my child out that I would have to pay out of my own pocket. Well we do not have a lot of money but it was most important for me to take my child away from where this child molester was able to touch my child in a bad way!

I drove my little boy to Tucson that night. He has had nightmares about the hospital man! I tried to report it to Sierra Vista hospital, but they acted like I had done something wrong by trying to be cooperative with their rules by completing all of the paperwork. There was no reason for that man to have his hand in my child's under pants!

This has been a very disturbing time for our family, if you ever go to Sierra Vista Hospital's ER, do not let anyone lure you away from keeping your child in your sight the entire time!

We have recently sought help for our son, he is young, he told us that the man was rubbing him on his privates, and he did not like it. I do not want my child to have to relive this so I have not reported it to the police. My son is already terrified of even the sight of the Hospital if we drive down El Camino Real.

I think this is something that should be known by every parent in this community! There is a Hospital in Benson and now there is supposed to be an emergent care facility besides the hospital, in Sierra Vista. My husband is so devastated that this happened to our son. We have been left with a child who is far more damged by this experience than he was by the little he took to hurt his ankle that day.
Thank you.

PROS: Nothing good about that ER! I believe a man there molested my child!
CONS: The woman on the ER staff helped the molester escape that day.

Slow service, slow to get in or out. But thay are nice and they care. What do you expect out of a place that takes care of hundreds of people a day give or take of course? We were satisfied, and dont have a choice, when there is an emergency you go where ever you have to go.

How does anyone get treated in this mess they call a hospital? It takes forever to get to see a doctor, they have poor facilities, and the staff never knows what is going on. Waited for 10 hours in emergency room to see a doctor once. Very dissatisfied. I recommend trying urgent care kitty corner from the northwest side. I would rather go there and pray to get in rather than sit in that hospital
