Strange how the first two comments on this page seem to be written by the SAME person. Looks more like a personal attack on Vincent and less like an honest review. All good massage therapists need to complete a pre-massage consultation and the "one hour massage" is a misnomer- unless you book a 1.5 hour massage you are NOT ever going to ever have a full hour on the table. Some massages are relaxing but some deep tissue massages can involve some pain- especially if you are coming in with a problem like a strain or sprain. It is normal to feel more pain in an area after a treatment massage, but the pain will go away in a day or two. I am sure that this was explained during the consultation.

On the outside, it may not look like much, but when you walk in, the Beautiful ambiance and smell of aromatherapy oils just hits you and captures you and invites you in.

I had a Wonderful and Amazing, and Incredibly relaxing massage with MELANIE, it was a 1 hour massage and she did an incredible job. She massaged my scalp, all around my head, neck, and ears, massaged my entire back and my front torso, and massaged my legs all the way down to my feet, and I left feeling so pleased and happy, and most importantly Relaxed!

I would Definitely go back to see Melanie a million times over!

But My friend went there and got a massage from Vincent, and he was not pleased, and didn't even get a quarter of the massage that I had gotten and he walked out more sore and more tense then when he walked in. So I would recommend to avoid Vincent if at all possible. My friend left so tense, he had to go home and take a muscle relaxer and a pain reliever just to make the pain go away from the massage with Vincent.

So DO go the All About You Day Spa, but make sure to NOT book with Vincent, and to DEFINITELY book with Melanie!

We haven't seen Lisa yet, but she is booked 2 months solid until October, so if you want your appointment with her, you better call and book your appointment now. I ASSUME that she must be very good being how she is booked so far out.

Would definitely recommend this place if getting a massage with Melanie. And yes, they do take Medical Insurance, but you have to get a referral from your doctor written out like a prescription.

I give this place only getting a massage with Melanie, 5 stars!

With Vincent, it would be 1 star unsatisfactory.

On the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once you Walk in, It smelled of beautiful aromatherapy oils and your first thought is WOW! It looks VERY nice inside the Spa! The Ambiance is BEAUTIFUL!

Now as far as the staff, I didn't actually get to meet Rachel who is the receptionist, but she is very nice over the phone!

I went and saw Vincent for my massage, and at first, I was impressed with his medical knowledge of muscles and the body itself, but the "consultation" took up about 20 minutes of my 1 hour massage time and this was through my medical insurance which I only have 10 visits to use per year.

So he started to massage me, and at first I thought...this is going to be great...then it changed to me thinking, get to work already! He was just too delicate and light to truly be a massage that needs to be up to par for a massage therapist.

He told me what he planned on doing, and only did 1 half of what he "planned" on doing for my massage, and he never massaged the right side of my neck which I said I was having problems with, and he never massaged the front of my body, my legs, or my feet, he did not live up to my expectation at all, and I walked out hurting twice as much as when I went in, I would not recommend getting a massage done by him, I would go back to see Melanie, but NOT Vincent.

Which brings me to review Melanie which my friend went to see on the same day since we went together, he said she did a WONDERFUL and AMAZING job, massaged the scalp, all around the head, neck, and ears, did the front of him, massaged all the way down his legs, all the way down to his feet and that she made great conversation throughout the entire massage, and he says he would DEFINITELY go back to see Melanie for a massage over and over and over.

Needless to say, after we left the spa, I IMMEDIATELY switched my next appointment to be with Melanie and now I CANNOT wait till next week just to see her.

Vincent just made me soar and my back and neck hurt worse, so much so that I went home and took a muscle relaxer and a percocet together so my muscles would relax, and so the pain would go away! I came out more tense after the massage with Vincent that I was just not impressed and NOT happy after basically wasting 1 of my medical visits through my insurance on a massage that was not pleasurable and relaxing.

So DO go to the All About You Day Spa to see Melanie FOR SURE, Avoid Vincent, and when I see Lisa in October 2009, which must mean she is VERY good I ASSUME, because Lisa is actually booked solid for 2 Months! So make sure to make your appointments with Melanie, or if you want Lisa, you better call and book your appointment now.

I love to go to All About You Day Spa and receive the Spa Facial from Molly! Its one of my favorite gift suggestions to people when I want to pamper me! Molly provides a calm and serene experience and is so well trained and knowledgeable about skin. She shares with you and only uses the best products. They also provide massages and nail care as well and do complete day packages or girls parties. They also have great services for men. I cannot recommend this place enough!
