I called in January for our move in March. Justin came out right away he was courteous and professional gave us a quote based on what he saw, but said when we had the boxes packed he would come back and give us another quote, which he did and was less expensive then the other movers. The day of the move Javier and his crew came and wrapped and secured all the furniture, the men were fast and efficient taking great care with our furniture. When it started to rain, Javier asked us if we wanted to continue or wait until the next day, we decided to wait because it was raining hard, so they came back the next day and finished, what a fantastic job they did. They took such good care of the furniture and wrapped it so well you know it wouldn't get a scratch on it. We waited 2 days then went to the facility to see where our furniture was being stored, as we didn't have a place to have it moved to yet. They had our belongings neatly packed into 2 large storage units. We met the owner and the office staff and they were all very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this moving company and would definitely use them again. I will follow up when our furniture is delivered, hopefully in May.

If you read the review down from mine wrote on Dec 31st by Chris, I totally agree with him. As I write this review, I'm sitting in my bedroom on an air mattress. I'm in the middle of a move.....STILL. I set up my move with them to move me from Los Angeles, CA to Austin, TX. I get a call from some GIRL in dispatch, and was told they would be there between 11 and 12 on Friday. Finally around 2:30 they show up. I called several times looking for answers as to where they were, and got no answers. They would tell me "We don't know where the driver is". I was highly upset when they got there. The guy walks into my apartment, and without missing a beat, says..... you have more stuff then what was quoted to you. I'm like WTF, I have everything word for word that I told the rep. Anyway, my $1300 price went up even more. They finally get done and I'm able to get on the road to Texas at 5PM in rush hour traffic in Los Angeles.... FUN! I was told by that driver that I would have my stuff in 2 to 3 days.... today is day 5, and I called yesterday to check on it, and that same GIRL in dispatch who doesn't know her a$$ from a hole in the ground, tells me.... "let me check". She comes back on the phone to tell me that the driver will be calling me in 24 hours. I STILL haven't received a call yet. I really have no choice, if they don't tell me where my stuff is, and don't show up soon, I will be forced to report it as stolen property with the police department..... oh, and Chris said his stuff was damaged, well while the mover was packing a table of mine, I watched him break the leg.... all my stuff was purchased new on Dec 15th, so yes... they do damage your stuff. I'm wondering what condition the rest of my property will be in when it gets here. I WOULD NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

They had a good system down in loading and unloading the truck. They were quick with my move. They did not let my pets out of the room they had been confined to, which was greatly appreciated.

DON" USE THEM. These people are not movers but scam artist. Charge you almost double then what they tell you and demolish
the things you work hard for. These people are a nightmare. All the negative reviews are pretty much the same story and the only reason for positive reviews is the employees writing them. Use anyone but these people.

BEWARE. Do your research on this company. Only reason for any positive reviews is because their employees are writing them. This company is not a little bad but truly awful.They should be out of business. Avoid them at all cost. Very unprofessional. They will break not a few things but many. They will not protect any of the furniture or mattresses with plastic and your furniture will be delivered to you filthy. They will charge you way over the agreed upon price and (reading other reviews)they will hold your belongings hostage if you do not pay the additional fees they conjure up. They are not a little bad they are the worst. Storage facility does not exist. This company is a sham.

All personnel professional, friendly; we felt good about leaving our possessions in someone else's hands. We had no worries about the arrival & delivery of our furniture and were extremely pleased with every aspect of our move - we felt like we met new friends!

Everything went just fine, the men who came and loaded my things were very professional. had some issues with communicating with the driver, language problem. then had to pay some more to unload to a smaller truck to get my things to my apt.

They arrived 2 hours later than the 3 hour window they gave and I STILL don't have my stuff after a MONTH when the estimate was 1-15 days. Now they're claiming that it's delayed because of the Labor Day weekend. Weird, since I moved a month before Labor Day. NEVER hire Oasis

Move was not on the day I was moving, but Oasis gave me a discount for this last arrival and I would use them again which I will be doing next year when I go back to California.

Overall, I believe it was a good value. I have recommended Oasis but also warned that they would most likely go over the estimate. And I also warn that they don't tell you that the plastic wrap that they use to transport your furniture doesn't come with the move but is also an additional hidden charge.

Very friendly, on time and fast. The movers were always hustling and did not take a break in the 4 hours of moving my things (other than the truck ride to deliver). I was very impressed with their willingness to work hard and get everything correctly just like I explained when they got there. The only reason I didn't give an excellent was the quoted/estimated price given was just a bit off the actual price. Not the actual movers faults though just would like to have had a better idea is was going to cost more than quoted.

the experience was alright. I was able to move without lugging all my belongings myself. However, a few things were broken, but that was a chance you always take when someone else is handling your things.

Basis for estimate not clear enough to prepare customer for probable increase. Estimate guide was based on box size, yet final estimage was based on weight, thereby doubling the before, during, and after move was non-existant. All communication regarding actual pick-up date, arrival date, and status of lost items,was initiated by me with very vague responses. Even though all time were tagged with color coded labels and identified numerically, several pieces of furniture and some boxes were not delivered. They were eventually located still at the warehouse and when they arrived, the labels were a completely different color. I also received a few items that matched my list, tag color and number wise, but they weren't mine. Manpower, however, was a different story. Pick up and delivery men were courteous, friendly and efficient, and went over and above to make that part of the move go smoothly. For those reasons I gave a rating of 3. I would have given a LOWER rating except that in comparing 'move' stories, I found out that I had a relatively good move overall. I think they need to be more upfront about the possibility of increased cost if the boxes are are packed heavy, and when there legitimate issues, they need to be pro-active in their handling of the matter.

This move was for my daughter who moved to Houston (Clear Lake), TX to start a new job. The only problem we had was that the movers had told me that our belongings would arrive on Tues., Jan 19th and they didn't arrive until Jan. 27th and I had to cancel my flight home 3 times. A phone call would have been great so I would have known exactly when the movers would arrive. Other than that, it was overall a really good experience and the guy who hauled everything in was quick and careful, and did a great job of putting the furniture together. I would definitely use Oasis Moving again should the need arise!

When I first called OASIS they were very helpful and professional and I felt "at ease" about moving my antique baby grand, one-of-a-kind, piano. The movers that picked up the piano were very careful and professional- no problem there. I was not able to be at the destination where the piano was delivered. The movers made a small adding error or the bill. When I got home and looked over the receipt they had left me, I noticed there was an excess of $130 in OASIS'S favor. I called immediately.... I kept on calling at least four or so times to get this irradicated. Finally, it took my Husband threatening to stop payment on the VISA to any kind of closure. Over all, OASIS was awesome with the very large exception of their finance department in taking 4 weeks in refunding my money.

Moving can be a grueling experience but Oasis Moving made my experience really pleasant. These guys made my move the best experience possible. boxes out on their backs while I was still frantically packing things up. They never got annoyed that I was so disorganized, forcing them to maneuver around mini-messes scattered around the house. They were polite, friendly, and talkative, which was nice, considering we spent quite a bit of time together. They re-assembled my bed and a few pieces of furniture effortlessly, and best of all, quickly (important when you're paying by the hour).

In my 14yrs in the city I have moved about 6 times and I have had to use professional service, every time. My experiences have ranged from "OK" to downright "Horrible". I have grown from those experiences though. Oasis Moving was very professional, friendly and detailed. To sum it up, on time, friendly, knowledgeable crew, no broken stuff, no broken furniture, no hidden charges and no dilly dallying. I was delivered more than I was promised. Flawless move. The movers showed up right in the middle of the two-hour arrival window, which was great. Oasis Moving was friendly, worked fast and hard, and had my Jersey City studio moved into a storage unit in Hoboken in a little over two hours -- from arrival at the apartment to locking up the storage unit. Not a thing was broken or scratched nor was anything in the apartment or building common areas damaged. I was very ready with everything boxed but they took proper care with wrapping my furniture, which was the only thing I had not done ahead of time. I tipped a hundred bucks because they worked their butts off and made the process so easy. Thank you Oasis Moving.

My move went seamless and convinced me to never move myself again! We were 100% satisfied with the service provided by Oasis Moving from start to finish. Absolutely NO hidden fees and they were realistic with the amount of time it would take. The movers were respectful and looked very presentable and worked like they wanted to be there. They arrived and hit the ground running, as I filled out paper work with the lead the other mover got things rolling. They provided us with 5 free wardrobe boxes and didn't charge anything extra for moving materials. They took care in handling all of our possessions and did it in a very timely manner. The next time I have a local move there is no question that I'm using them again.

US Van Lines did a really great job. They were sharp, fast, polite and very professional. They handled our move with great care. The salesperson, Vlad, explained to me and my wife everything in details. No damages or lost things. The estimate was exactly the amount that was told to us. We strongly recommend them. I recently moved within Las Vegas and used Oasis. I could not be happier. Missy planned our move and seemed to ask all the right questions. The guys in the truck were polite and treated our stuff as if it was their own. The only problem was a small scratch on one of my tables, I guess they has some problems with the outside stairs at the apartment, but they sent someone out to fix it the next week. I am happy to be in my new place. Thanks.

They were good movers. They took good care of our stuff. We just moved to Las Vegas. I am pregnant and couldn't move anything so I had to rely solely on the movers to move boxes and even pack a lot of my stuff. i had hardly anything done and my husband works 40+ hours and we have a two year old. Once the movers got everything to the new place they took the time to help me arrange everything where it needed to be in the house so I didn't have to lift anything or over exert myself. I was so happy with the movers I tipped them big time. They were the best i could have hoped for. If you can't do heavy lifting and are pregnant, handicapped, they are truly there to work if you can't. I can not thank you enough for everything. My husband was really REALLY impressed. Thanks guys.

A client of mine was moving the contents of his house in Las Vegas and needed a local moving company to move his things to storage. They arrived right on time, took care to cover his furniture to protect it and moved it to storage quickly. It took them about 3 hrs to move a 2 bedroom 1200 square foot house. The men were very respectful and did their jobs well. I was impressed, everything moved smoothly. I will definitely re-use oasis moving and storage to move all my present and future clients. If my clients are happy than I am happy and allstate relocation definitely made my clients happy.

Quite simply the most honest movers that go that extra mile for your satisfaction. These guys take the stress out of moving. I was moved from Las Vegas to Florida. Every item was protected, even my old matress was covered lol. This company has definitely brought credibility back to the moving industry. The best calgary movers I could have come across. Oasis Moving and Storage did a great job. I don't know what I would have done without them. They made my move an easy one. I can't thank them enough. They were ontime, loaded all my stuff onto the truck, and delivered my stuff when they said they would. all my stuff arrived intact and ontime. I love their movers and am going to tell all my friends and family about the great experience I had with this moving company. By the way, you can't beat their price let alone their professional service. I know I called their competitors! Am very glad I booked and moved with Oasis Moving and Storage

I just moved and used Oasis Moving & Storage to move me. They know what they're doing and they're quick about it. Services range from packing for you and moving you and unpacking to simply moving. It's much cheaper to pack yourself. You pay by the hour and of course will have to pay for all the materials they use. I don't know how costly it would've been if they packed me, since I did 90% of the packing myself.

The guys and the supervisor were really nice. My move was fun!
The price was pretty fair and they are quick. I was quoted much higher rates (and some lower), but the time-slots for the lower rate was filled up. For local-area moves I'd recommend a hourly charge over a flat rate, and flat-rate for large/out-of-town moves. I would highly recommend Oasis Moving & Storage to all my friends

Having Oasis move me from NV to TX was an absolute nightmare. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs. The sales associate will tell you one thing and the movers on the day of the move will tell you another. They say it could take 14 days to get your items, then on the day of it becomes 14 business days. They try to quickly get a poor inventory to get you a low quote so on the day of they can jack up the price if you are over. They charge ridiculous fees for using their moving supplies. They force you to pay 25% of the cost of the move in cash or postal money order and fail to mention that before the day of the move.
My stuff sat in a warehouse for a week and a half before they could get around to loading it on a truck. Then the driver shows up 2 1/2 hours later than he said and wants to push it off another day. A fair amount of the boxes were crushed and dented, two of my chairs were destroyed. I ended up unloading the truck by myself as I was already waiting 3 weeks for my items. I beg of you to not use this company and save yourself from the awful nightmare that I experienced.

I used Oasis Moving in Storage back in March to move to Vegas. The movers arrived on time and were very professional. I used the companies storage facility for a short time because I needed to get settled. Upon delivery of my items, the movers were professional and expediant when unloading my belongings upon delivery we discovered that my head board had been broken either during pickup or in storage. The dilivery drivers were honest and showed the damage the damage to me upon delivery.

Although I am not happy about the damage to my belongings I appreciated the honesty of the delivery personal. I dealt with Oasis for nearly four months while I completed my move and always experienced professionalism during the process. Eventhough my headboard was broken I would recommend using this company again. They were very professional and the price was affordable.

Used Oasis Moving for my move. The movers in Las Vegas were very fast and overall did agood job. I think they are one of the few moving companies here that are licensed but also give good service.
